Job description
  • Welcomes and greets all patients, in person or over the phones
  • Registers new patients and updates patient information including personal information
  • Medical office working and cashier
  • Interpreting between patients and medical professionals
  • Translation of various documents
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
Job requirement
  • Have the experience as customer service, receptionist or related position at hotel, hospital, restaurant and other places

 

  • Language ability: fluent Khmer or Japanese is mandatory, good command of English and Chinese

 

  • Willing to learn, improve knowledge and continue learning

 

  • Ability to build good inter-personal relationships, and work well in a team

 

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize work tasks
