4.Hospitall Visit Flow
◻ For first-time visitors
At the reception, we ask you to be in a photo (face) and fill out the documents for your medical record. A guidance nurse will then ask you questions. Please turn in your “referral”, “insurance card” and “test data, drug information, X-day images” to the guidance nurse if you have them. After the interview, we will provide the appointment time for your doctor’s consultation.
◻ For patients with an appointment,
Please show your patient registration card at the reception. We will explain about your tests if you are going to have them. If you have a consultation only, please wait in front of the consultation room at least five minutes prior to the appointment time with your doctor.
◻ For patients without an appointment,
Please show your patient registration card at the reception. We are going to have an interview for the patients who returned after three months and longer and for those visiting a different department. After the interview, we will give you the appointment time for your doctor’s consultation.
Our staff will talk to you about “the next appointment” and “giving medications” after your consultation.

- Privacy Outpatient (VIP Outpatient)
Our privacy outpatient (VIP outpatient) is open in the morning of Tuesdays and the afternoon of Saturdays. The appointment is needed for consultation and your privacy is protected. Please contact us to make an appointment during the hours above.
Cashless Service
We provide cashless service to our patients.
Kindly indicate below if you are an insurance holder, and submit us your insurance holder card or an insurance policy, any identification.
Please noted that we would contact you and ask for payment afterward in case your insurance company does not cover the case.
